The activities of our Multi Family Office is regulated in the Principality of Monaco under Law No. 1.439 of December 2, 2016.
Only companies that have received approval from the Minister of State are authorised to operate as a “Multi Family Office.”
A file was submitted to the Monegasque Government and after an audition and evaluation based on numerous criteria, including probity, legitimacy, and competence, UNUMAR successfully obtained the Multi Family Office license through Ministerial Order No. 2022-536 dated October 13, 2022; a testament to seriousness and competence in an environment that can be challenging to decipher.
